Lent 5 – Jesus weeps for you. He cares about what you are suffering, but he also has a better plan than the hopes and dreams that have died. Trust your friend Jesus. Start preparing now for that moment when Jesus will call you by name: Friend, Come Out!
All Souls – We live in a beautiful world created by our Heavenly Father. Though sin has made it a wilderness of death, Jesus comes to suffer and die for us. We walk with each other and Jesus walks with us. Take his hand and he will lead you home!
Ordinary 25 – We are stewards, entrusted with God’s blessings. Why are you squandering God’s money on yourself and on this world? Even the dishonest steward learns that money isn’t everything. Use the gifts God has given you to bless others!
Ordinary 18 – It’s never too early to plan your funeral. Jesus wants to share his inheritance with you. We won’t be able to take his hand if our hands are full of vanities, feuds, and earthly riches. What kind of legacy will you leave behind?
Ordinary 2 – We say goodbye to St. Joseph Church, a place where God has met and blessed you. Your builder is working on you every day turning your daily ‘water’ into ‘wine’. When will this finally happen? On the third day.
All Saints – Heaven is full of light, joy, peace… and free of death, evil, and sin. There’s only one requirement to get in: you have to be completely free of sin. Let God’s love fill your heart and life and — voilà! You are already in heaven.
Ordinary 11 – What in your life needs pruning? God wants us to be prepared – not just for power outages and rainstorms – but for eternal life. If you want to give a good harvest at the end, you need to do some pruning now.
