Jesus is the one religious Founder who is not dead. He came out of the tomb to announce the Good News of victory: He is the true King who has conquered sin and death. Our King is everywhere: in fire and water, bread and wine. We are never forgotten, never alone. Christ is Risen!
Easter 3 – We live the Emmaus story at the Mass and on our pilgrimage through life. Every mother knows the experience of being wounded by the ones she loves. You can’t see it now, but one day you will — in those moments of being wounded, Jesus was there.
Divine Mercy – God wants his children to be fully alive so he feeds us Jesus. Jesus will be entering your body today, but he doesn’t just want to enter your body. He wants to enter your heart. Pray every day and open your heart to God’s love.
Easter – The ancient people passed yeast down from generation to generation. Jesus is the new “starter dough,” the Bread of Life. The culture of Christ can transform lives and raise the dead — but we have to nourish it and let it grow.
