Ordinary 27 – How much faith do we need? Just enough to let God handle things! Faith grows when we face hardships. Write down the messages God has given you. All you have to do is be a faithful servant and God will take care of the rest.
Ordinary 23 – Marriage and discipleship both require a total gift of self. If you try to negotiate a lower ‘cost’, you’ll find these relationships constantly frustrating. If you’re not afraid to pay the price, the rewards are out of this world.
Ordinary 28 – You can’t do something to inherit eternal life because Jesus himself is Eternal Life. He loves you, and he desires you to be his friend. The journey may cost you everything, but it’s worth 100 times more. ”I love you. Come, follow me.”
We can only love the Lord our God when we begin to realize how much He loves us. Once we are rooted in God’s love for us, then we can go and love others as Christ has loved us. And that gives great glory to God. [AUDIO]

King Ahaz can’t save himself, and neither can we. God’s Son comes to save us. He is welcomed into the community of Mary and Joseph. Through the Holy Spirit, the community of believers becomes God-with-us to one another. [AUDIO]
To be like Jesus, we have to be willing to join him in giving and serving without looking for a reward. When we do, we are pleasantly surprised at what we receive. Because giving and serving generously makes us like God Himself. (18 Oct 2015)
